Conditional Registration with MBCSA

Getting conditional registration with the MBCSA

You must be a financial member of the MBCSA.

Attend a monthly general meeting at the CCC clubrooms at Glandore with your registration papers and get with a conditional motoring officer to complete a MR334 form.

Attend a Services SA office with your completed and authorised MR334 form and payment.

At a subsequent general meeting, the logbook will be issued by the club. Please bring your new rego papers. A payment of $10 is required for each logbook.

If you are not in Adelaide or are unable to attend a general meeting, please contact one of the conditional motoring officers for alternate arrangements to be made.

Renewing Conditional Registration

In order for your Conditional Registration to continue, please ensure you have done the following by 30th JUNE

  1. Paid your membership renewal (proof will need to be sighted by a Conditional Registration Officer).
  2. Had your logbook stamped (endorsed) by a Conditional Registration Officer.

If any of these have not been done by 30th JUNE your vehicle will be UNREGISTERED regardless of having a current registration certificate from Services SA/DIT. The club is LEGALLY OBLIGATED to inform the registrar of motor vehicles of any members who have not renewed (as valid club membership is a condition of having Conditional Registration). Please include a copy of your renewal receipt. This needs to be done before your logbook can be stamped.

If you need a new logbook a payment of $10 will be required.

If you cancel your conditional registration or your club membership your log book must be returned to the club for cancellation.

If a replacement log book is needed, a statutory declaration will be required to be submitted to the club.
